China TVC Delivery Consolidates as Group IMD Acquires DongYang TVCXpress

Group IMD has announced it has acquired the business of DongYang TVCXpress Limited (“TVCXpress”), former operator of TVCXpress China.

TVCXpress and Group IMD help advertisers and agencies manage video advertising more effectively. TVCXpress has 8 years of experience and a large client base in China. Group IMD has an advanced cloud-native software platform, “IMD Cloud”, and key global clients. By merging these businesses, Group IMD says it has established a clear leadership position in China.

The company says former TVCXpress customers are set to benefit from faster, easier delivery of video advertising thanks to IMD Cloud, with access to more than 1000 television and online channels across China. Group IMD’s customers will benefit from the deep experience and relationships of the TVCXpress team. The company now employs staff in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
